The 4 oz yarn “cake” is 250 yards of U.S. grown, organic, undyed sport weight cotton yarn.
This is the yardage ball in the blanket kits (four 250 yard balls in those kits) and makes it easy to do another blanket without having to buy the kit again.
Machine wash and dry.
Suggested Needle Size:
Knitting: U.S. 6/ 4.0 mm 24″ circular needles Note: Some of our patterns recommend a Size 9 needle for keeping the knit stitches loose and then tightened when washed & dryed.
Crochet: Size G/4.0 mm

I bought this yarn when I was visiting Florida. I’ve used it to make myself some washcloths. I love it. I used 3mm needles and did just a garter stitch. I find I prefer a simple cloth made this way rather than some fancy pattern.
