• Every gnome is made in 2 weights of yarn – fingering (4-ply) and light worsted (DK/8-ply), so you can knit your favorite individual in both a small or medium size.
• Only five colors are used to make each weight of gnome, meaning you don’t need to invest in dozens of different shades.
• Sarah Schira has also given advice on how to adapt your gnomes to make them child-friendly, if you wish to make friends for the little ones in your life.
